ESMO G. Mathé Translational Research Fellowship: Oncology and cancer immunology |
The ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology) opens its annual Georges Mathé Translational Research Fellowship.
Objective: This Fellowship provides intuitive medical oncology researchers the opportunity to receive training in translational research in an European centre of excellence in medicine and therapeutic innovation in the field of oncology and cancer immunology.
This Fellowship is intended to:
- Contribute to the development of translational research medicine and therapeutic innovation in the field of oncology and cancer immunology.
- Provide training in translational research in European centres with an international reputation in the field.
- Improve early career development through collaboration with European institutions of excellence.
- Provide the necessary support to develop specific high-quality translational research projects in oncology.
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must:
- Be a Full or Junior ESMO member (or apply for membership)
- Be involved in cancer research and treatment with at least 2 years experience in medical oncology
- Be under the age of 40
- Be proficient in English
The candidate’s supervisors in both the host and home institute should preferably be Full ESMO members.
Amount and Duration: 35,000€ for one year.
